I placed an order and when I received order, there was an item missing. I called and they reordered me one. I waited over a week for it. When I called they said it was out of stock and they gave me a refund. I needed the item for a parade and no one ever left me know that it was out of stock. I now have about 3 days to find one. I am not sure I would buy from here again.

Do not do it! I should of read reviews first! I ordered a jacket for my baby’s birthday and never got it or tracking info. They sure took my money though and won’t reply back!! Don’t waste your time.

Costume SuperCenter got my items right out. I did not receive my shipment went it was due. It took several extra days in shipping. Over all very pleased.

Costume looks great and arrived well packed, in the expected timeframe. Will order again at some point.

I had ordered a Flamingo blow up. When received you could see just from the box alone this was already purchased and returned by the way if was taped. The instructions were mangle mess and parts all opened. I plugged it in and it didn't work. I called and was told replacement would be sent if that is what I wanted and I would have it the beginning of the following week. The replacement was never received and I called and was told they were behind. The girl said why don't I just refund you if you are in a hurry for item. I said I would wait one more day and if it didn't ship I would then just do the refund. I was told I would receive an email that night just like the last time to notify me of shipment. I never received an email just like the last time so I emailed them the next morning and asked for the refund. I then received a response to my email where I informed them I didn't receive an email like stated I would and to just refund my account....the response was they did ship it but because it took so long...and it did....they would still refund my account for my troubles. I never received refund so I emailed them to notify I had not received refund. I then received an email back stating Britney did the refund but it would take 7 to 10 days but it was done. I responded with thank you. That was Monday and now today I get an email saying the billing department said you can't get a refund because the item shipped. I have to ship the item back. What kind of Customer service is this ? I will never do business with this company again.

My costume is the "Lady in Waiting", size L. I am 5'6" and less than 130 lbs. I usually wear a 6-8, not busty at all. But, after reading the reviews I opted to go up a size to ensure that it would fit if it did "run small". Was I GLAD I took the advice of others. It's a beauty of a dress, and looks just like the picture depicts, to the details. However, it IS a small fit everywhere, but, the bust area. I would have to have a figure like a barbie doll for it to fit perfectly. No zipper, snaps or any closures to make it easier to put on. You just have to launch it over your head and hope that the fabric doesn't tear as you struggle to slide it down into place. The Crown is a little lame being only 1/3 of circle w/ elastic to cover the rest of it. The price is TERRIFIC. The quality is high and it is true to details. Size up and prepare to take it in here and/or there. Buy a better crown, if that's important to you. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and Highly recommend.
